By using Curu Games, you agree to use the app and connected services lawfully and in accordance with these terms and any live rules shown in the app.

Some features require a signed-in Curu account. You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and for providing accurate information.
3. Games and availability
Built-in games, Pro Games, events and features can be added, changed, paused or removed. Pro Games depend on the live catalog and availability.
4. Rewards
CURU Points and Curu Store Credit are governed by the Rewards Terms. They are not represented as guaranteed cash income or a bank balance.
5. Fair use
Automated play, manipulation, tampering, abuse of reward systems, attempts to bypass integrity controls or other unfair behavior may result in reward limits, suspension or other protective action.
6. Parent Control
Parent Control is a local-device convenience feature. Parents and guardians remain responsible for deciding how the app is used on their devices.
7. Third-party services
Curu Games uses or connects to services such as Google sign-in, Google Play, Firebase, Google Mobile Ads and other infrastructure. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
