1. Reward eligibility
Only gameplay or actions that meet the current eligibility rules can earn CURU Points. Eligibility may depend on active play, account state, device state, connectivity, integrity signals, limits and anti-abuse rules.
2. Rates can change
The app displays the live earning and conversion settings. Rates, thresholds, limits, campaigns or availability can change over time.
3. Points and Store Credit are not cash
CURU Points are an in-app reward unit. Curu Store Credit is intended for eligible purchases in the Curu ecosystem. Neither is represented as a deposit account, guaranteed income or freely withdrawable cash.
4. Conversion
Eligible Points may be convertible to Curu Store Credit when the account and current rules permit conversion.
5. Using Store Credit
Eligible Curu Store Credit can be applied to eligible checkout amounts. When the eligible balance is sufficient, it may cover up to 100% of the eligible order amount. Taxes, shipping, exclusions or other charges may still apply under the live checkout rules.
6. Abuse and reversals
Rewards associated with manipulated, automated, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible activity may be rejected, adjusted or reversed to protect the reward system.
7. Product availability
3D printed product availability and pricing come from The Curu Shop and can change independently of the game catalog.
