Delete from inside the app
- Open Curu Games and sign in.
- Open your account/profile area.
- Choose the account deletion option.
- Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
Request help with deletion
If you cannot access the app, email thecurushop@gmail.com from or with enough information to identify the Curu account. Support may need to verify account ownership before processing a request.
What is removed?
Account deletion is intended to remove the Curu account and associated data as required by the applicable account workflow, except information that may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction or compliance purposes.
Local app data
Some local-only data can also disappear when the app is uninstalled. Parent Control settings are designed as local-device data in the current app implementation.
